Human beings were born to be active but our 21st Century lifestyle is making us more and more sedentary and our bodies simply refuse to evolve fast enough. Proof of this come from the World Health Organisation (WHO) who tell us that “obesity has more than doubled worldwide since 1980.” We all know that obesity leads to many preventable illnesses.
